Speed up land acquisition
Several works pertaining to NH 544 D have been kept pending at mandals of Owk, Banaganapalle and Gospadu He asked the officials to send him a copy of proposals of alignment certification papers, sales list, particulars of enjoyment, basic value, 3G proposals, and combined sketch, categorisation proposals pertaining to works completed at Sirivella, Mahanandi and Kolimigundla mandals
Kurnool: Joint Collector Prasanna Venkatesh directed the mandal Tahsildars and Surveyors to speed up land acquisition for National Highway 544 D. Reviewing the works pertaining to the National Highway with the concerned officials at the Collector’s conference hall here on Wednesday, the Joint Collector said despite the notification released in January for land acquisition to NH 544 D, the works were not taken up on full scale and instructed the officials to speed up the works.
Several works pertaining to NH 544 D have been kept pending at mandals of Owk, Banaganapalle and Gospadu. He asked the officials to send him a copy of proposals of alignment certification papers, sales list, particulars of enjoyment, basic value, 3G proposals, and combined sketch, categorisation proposals pertaining to works completed at Sirivella, Mahanandi and Kolimigundla mandals.
He also directed the District Revenue Officer (DRO) to ensure the expedition of works after deputing six mandal Tahsildars to NH office. Mandal Tahsildars and Surveyors and Survey Land Officers participated in the meeting convened by the Joint Collector. In another meeting, Prasanna Venkatesh also directed the theatre owners to allow the audience take eatables and soft liquids with them into cinema halls.
The JC said the theatre owners would be punished under relevant sections if they fail to implement his orders. He also advised the audience to lodge a complaint if they are not allowed to take eatables into the theatre. He also directed theatre owners to compulsory display documentaries on social activities, education and other related issues at the beginning of movie and at intervals.
