Kakinada: East Godavari Central Library (Zilla Grandhalaya Samastha) chairman Nallamilli Veerreddy met district Collector Kartikeya Mishra here on Tuesday and sought his intervention in releasing library cess arrears by various municipalities in the district as the Samstha was facing funds constraint.
He also informed the Collector that because of funds shortage they were unable to pay salaries to the employees from April to September this year.
The library sources in a press release informed that the Collector on Tuesday assured to solve the issue in three days.
