Bhimavaram: Sagi Vithal Ranga Raju, secretary and correspondent of SRKR Engineering College addressing the workshop organised by Bhimavaram Youth Hostels here on Tuesday in connection with the World Wildlife Day celebrations exhorted people to protect the wildlife and the environment.

Bhimavaram Youth Hostels president Dr Somaraju presided over the workshop.
The college principal Dr Partha Sarathy Varma unveiling the poster brought out by the Youth Hostels giving a call to protect wildlife on the occasion called upon people to protect the wildlife in order to protect their own life.

Dr Matlapudi Satyanarayana, retired principal and secretary of Youth Hostels, animals including elephant, star tortoise, Pangolin, shark, peacock and others would help keep the ecological balance and it was high time that efforts were made to protect such animals. “The posters would be displayed throughout the town,” he added.

Youth Hostels president Mallinidi Tirumala Rao, Bonam Pandurangarao, Bonda VV Hanumanta Rao, T Gandhi, Veera Raghavaiah, N Gopalakrishna Murthy, Gopalaraju, Ratnagiri and others were present.
