Odisha skill development team visits APSSDC
The Odisha State Skill Development Corporation is on a twoday visit to Andhra Pradesh to understand the skill development initiatives of AP as the State was ranked number 1 in the country with the highest employability and several States are evincing interest to study AP skill development model, said Dr Kritika Shukla, MD and CEO, APSSDC here on Tuesday
Vijayawada: The Odisha State Skill Development Corporation is on a two-day visit to Andhra Pradesh to understand the skill development initiatives of AP as the State was ranked number 1 in the country with the highest employability and several States are evincing interest to study AP skill development model, said Dr Kritika Shukla, MD and CEO, APSSDC here on Tuesday.
Shukla explained the various initiatives taken by the APSSDC to the delegation from Odisha. The delegation visited the Google Code Lab and Siemens Centre of Excellence at VVIT, Dassault Systems 3D Experience Mother Hub at Acharya Nagarjuna University and MESH International Certification Programme Centre.
She said that the delegation from Odisha State Skill Development Authority appreciated various initiatives and programmes of APSSDC to impart skill development training to students and unemployed youth of the State. The delegation appreciated the initiative to impart industry-oriented skill development training to engineering, degree and diploma students.
