Vijayawada: The Indian Oam Acupuncture Science College course director and principal M Satyanarayana has said consumption of acidic food has increased these days leading to various illnesses.

Addressing a gathering here on Sunday as part of ‘Healthy Life with Proper Diet Based on Organ Clock’ programme, he said that one should take food as per the organ clock.

He said that one should take breakfast by 7 am and the breakfast should get digested in two hours and become energy.

He further said that carbohydrate food should be taken by 1 pm which will be digested in small intestine and mouth. If not maintained time, the carbohydrate food cannot be digested leading to ill-health, he said.

He said that all non-vegetarian foods, sugar, preserved foods, junk foods are acidic and not good for health. He added that intake of food should be done as per organ clock time.
