Around 5,000 participants will run for the 4th edition of Jio Amaravati Marathon, to be held at 6 am on January 27 Sunday

Vijayawada: Around 5,000 participants will run for the 4th edition of Jio Amaravati Marathon, to be held at 6 am on January 27 (Sunday).

The run will commence from Mathena Satyanarayana Ashram, Amaravati. It will comprise of 21K, 10K, and 5K run categories, said Jio AP CEO M Mahesh Kumar, in a press release, here on Friday.

Mahesh said, “We are proud to be associated with the 4th edition of Jio Amaravati Marathon which intends to connect with everyone living in and outside of Amaravati city.

It is an outstanding platform for us to showcase our brand commitment towards running, health and wellbeing. All the participants will get a T-shirt, Timing Chip, Medal and Snacks.”

Organiser of Jio Amaravati Marathon Leadraft Entertainment Pvt Ltd said that Jio Amaravati Marathon was an excellent opportunity for people of the newly formed capital Amaravati to be a part of an initiative for creating awareness on health related activities, physical literacy and also showcase their talents.
