Andhra University Vice Chancellor presented Colonel Commandant capacity
NCC Deputy Director General DDG, N N Reddy presented the Colonel Commandant capacity to Vice Chancellor, Andhra University ProfG Nageswara Rao here on Friday
Visakhapatnam: NCC Deputy Director General (DDG), N N Reddy presented the Colonel Commandant capacity to Vice Chancellor, Andhra University Prof.G Nageswara Rao here on Friday.
While receiving the honour, Prof.Nageswara Rao said that it was the honour to the university. The Andhra University has emerged an educational institution for the three Armed forces. “I have a strong desire to work in the Defence and now my wish completed by having the colonel commandant capacity. I have successful candidate in achieving NCC-C certificate in 1975-78, Nageswara Rao said.
Earlier, the Vice Chancellor received the guard of honour from the NCC cadets. Later he received rank batch and colonel cap. With this Prof.Nageswara Rao becomes the Colonel Commandant of NCC, Andhra varsity.
