Tirupati: Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV) NSS Unit-3 wing has organised a free health camp at Mallaiahpalli village of Chandragiri mandal on Tuesday in which Care Plus eye hospital, Tirupati team has created awareness to villagers on eye problems.
Speaking on the occasion, NSS coordinator Prof Suvarna Latha Devi has said that irrespective of age several people were facing problems related to eyes and it was important to have awareness on these.
The programme officer Dr Neeraja has said that 120 people have benefitted with the camp and it was found that several school going children and aged people have cataract problems. Care Plus hospital staff Sirisha, Priya and Sukumar also participated.
