Visakhapatnam: In view of the coming general elections, Collector and District Election Officer K Bhaskar directed the officers to complete the vulnerability mapping, communication plan and sensitive poling centres list by February 26.
A training and review meeting were held with all the returning and assistant returning officers in the city on Thursday. Speaking in the meeting, the collector said suggested the officials to study the electioneering of 2014 general elections.
During the past five years, there were lots of changes and reforms took place in the election process and there were several apps also available for 2019 elections, he added. The collector explained about vulnerability mapping and how to prepare the mapping.
