Hyundai Carlino is being displayed as a concept, which previews the production-spec version of their compact SUV, whcih will be launched in 2017. Once launched, it will be positioned below Hyundai Creta SUV.
Hyundai Carlino sports swept back headlamps and new front grille. It also gets the same wheel arches as seen on the Creta while rear profile also borrows design features from the Creta and Santa Fe. No interior design elements have been detailed at the Auto Expo.
Speaking about engine line-up, the production spec Hyundai Carlino could receive a 1.2 liter Kappa2 petrol engine and a 1.4 liter CRDi U2 diesel engine, which also powers the current i20 hatchback.
