The new top-end variant gets reversing camera, Active City Brake and Park Assist.Peugeot 2008 facelift makes its debut at 2016 Geneva Motor Show. The supermini-SUV is crucial to Peugeot’s product line up. The tweaks are minimal. Existing Access, Active and Allure trims are continued with a new addition, the new GT Line. The latest offering drives on 17-inch alloy wheels, wears special badging and is identifiable with a distinct red and black interior.

The seven-inch touchscreen display features Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink tech. Active City Brake, Park Assist, and a rearview camera help with reversing. The i-cockpit remains.

The revised design includes a new grille, and scuff plates, black wheel arch extensions, and reworked headlamps. The SUV facelift is also available in an all new red colour. Bootspace is increased from 350 litres to 410 litres. With the seats down, space on the inside stands improved at 1,400 litres.

ureTech three-cylinder petrol engines in use are lighter. Diesel 1.6 litre BlueHDi engines offer three power outputs at 75 hp, 100 hp and 120 hp. Engines are mated to five or six speed manual transmission, and six speed Efficient Automatic Transmission (EAT6) with Quickshift technology.
