How much does BMW 320i top end luxury line cost in India

Top-end variant features 3D maps.The BMW 320i petrol luxury sedan has been launched in India in two variants. The base Prestige variant is priced at INR 36.90 lakhs while the top-end Luxury Line is priced at INR 42.70 lakhs (ex-showroom, Pan-India).

So far, the 3 Series was available only in 320d (diesel) configuration in four trim levels. While the diesel models are assembled at BMW India’s CKD assembly plant in Chennai, the newly launched petrol variants will be imported as CBU.

The 320i is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder TwinPower turbo petrol motor which is tuned to deliver 184 PS and 270 Nm of torque. The petrol sedan can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 7.3 seconds before hitting a top speed of 235 kmph. An 8-speed automatic transmission drives the rear wheels.

The salient features include the usual suite of safety and driver assistance features, ECO-PRO drive mode, start-stop system, brake energy recuperation, electronic power steering, 50:50 weight distribution, etc. The iDrive multimedia infotainment system incorporates functions like BMW Apps, Bluetooth Connectivity, Park Distance Control, and so on. The top-end Luxury Line variant also offers BMW Navigation system Professional with 3D maps.

The BMW 320i will be competing with the Mercedes C Class, Audi A4, Jaguar XE and Volvo S60.
