Based on the customers preference and usage pattern, various service packages with different age and mileage factors are introduced for the GLC.
For the GLC 300 petrol variant, the standard service package start at INR 63,000 while for the GLC 220 d, it starts at INR 78,000. These packages are available for unlimited mileage covering maintenance related jobs. The packages are flexible and one can even opt to cover the vehicle for 10 years from the date of purchase.
The service packages enable low maintenance cost and better ownership experience by putting a cap on labor charges. The customers only have to pay for the consumables and required spare parts. These flexible service packages would go a long way in making the after sales services hassle free for the owners.
The Mercedes GLC has been launched in India at INR 50.7 lakhs for the 220 d (diesel) and INR 50.9 lakhs for the 300 (petrol) (ex-showroom, Delhi). The introduction of the service packages could trigger a chain reaction in the Indian luxury car space, prompting the rivals to follow suit.
