2019 Maruti Suzuki WagonR

Maruti Suzuki is set to introduce the third-gen Wagon R tomorrow. Pre-launch bookings for the Maruti Wagon R 2019 began on January 14 for a minimum amount of Rs 11,000. It carries forward the famed tallboy design philosophy of the previous models, albeit in a completely redesigned avatar. The new Wagon R is available in three variants: L, V and Z, wherein the Z has been added for the first time.

Based on Suzuki’s latest Heartect platform, the new Wagon R is bigger than the previous model. It shares the platform with bigger cars like the Swift, Dzire, Baleno, Ignis and the Ertiga. Thanks to the new lightweight modular platform, the new Wagon R has shed some weight as well.
