Hyderabad: If you are looking to purchase a new Piaggio Vespa scooter, here is a hassle-free option. The Italian two-wheeler maker has launched an online store on the Snapdeal.com that will allow people to book a new Vespa with click of a mouse by paying Rs 5,000 as advance.
Incidentally, Piaggio Vehicles, the Indian arm of Italy’s Piaggio Group, is the first two-wheeler brand in the country to go for online sales. Through this association with Snapdeal, Piaggio is looking to target younger generation which is active online and often prefers hassle-free purchases.
The online Vespa showroom will showcase whole range of Vespa models, including Vespa VX, Vespa S and Vespa Elegante. Customers can book any of these models with an advance payment of Rs 5,000. There is a special offer for the first 100 customers which make their bookings through this online store.
From the launch of Vespa LX to the launch of sporty Vespa S, our endeavour as a brand has been to offer ultra-modern and sleek designs that appeal to the youth segment. “Today’s generation loves online shopping and prefers brands that provide buyer friendly shopping options.
