NIIT awarded Managed Training Services contract – Statoil ASA

NIIT Limited, a global leader in skills and talent development announced today that it has been awarded a five to ten-year contract to provide managed training services to Statoil, ASA, a Norwegian multinational oil and gas company, headquartered in Stavanger, Norway.
NIIT Limited, a global leader in skills and talent development announced today that it has been awarded a five to ten-year contract to provide managed training services to Statoil, ASA, a Norwegian multinational oil and gas company, headquartered in Stavanger, Norway.

With this contract, NIIT’s Corporate Learning Group, a leading provider of managed training services, will provide comprehensive managed training services for a period of ten years, renewable after the first five years. NIIT shall run Statoil’s core operations for learning and competence administration and learning technology support, with options to buy additional services from NIIT’s comprehensive suite, namely learning and competence advisory, content development, and strategic sourcing (aggregator services).
After a successful partnership between Statoil and NIIT for over the last five years, NIIT has now outcompeted some of the world’s top companies in this space on both quality and cost. Statoil and NIIT are already planning the details of how they will build an even stronger partnership through this new contract.
