Anil Reddy elected FTAPCCI president. Ravindra Modi, Managing Director, Hyderabad Foods Private Limited, was elevated as senior vice president. Anil Reddy, who holds BE(Mining) degree from Osmania University and also Diploma in Computer Applications, also works as Technical Director for Hyderabad-based Nayastrap Private Limited.

Hyderabad: Anil Reddy Vennam, an industrialist and Technical Director in Plastic Industry, has unanimously been elected as president of the Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) for the financial year 2015-16 at the 98th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the industry body on Monday. He was senior vice president of the industry body during 2014-15.

Ravindra Modi, Managing Director, Hyderabad Foods Private Limited, was elevated as senior vice president. Anil Reddy, who holds BE(Mining) degree from Osmania University and also Diploma in Computer Applications, also works as Technical Director for Hyderabad-based Nayastrap Private Limited.

He is also Member of State Advisory Committee of TSERC, Minimum Wages Advisory Board of Telangana, Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPCB) and Telangana State Electrical Licensing Board - Electrical Inspectorate and AP Welfare Board - Labour Department, Govt of Andhra Pradesh.

Earlier, he was the honorary secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Plastics Manufactures Association from 2000 to 2005, and its president from from 2005 to 2009 and 2013. He has been associated with FTAPCCI for two decade and became member of the Managing Committee and was chairman of expert committees.

Ravindra Modi, who holds post graduate degree from University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai, has been associated with FTAPCCI for more than 6 years as Managing Committee member. He was co-chairman and chairman of various expert committees, including tourism and agriculture.
