Puravankara to launch Kenworth phase-II in Oct
Provident Housing Ltd, a part of Puravankara Group, on Thursday said it would launch the second phase of Kenworth by Provident, its premium affordable housing project in the city, in October this year.

The real estate major launched the first phase of the Rs 500 crore project earlier this year and had originally planned to roll out the second phase in March 2017.
“We are advancing the launch of the second phase by almost six months as the project received overwhelming response and we were able to sell all of the 500 flats planned in the first phase within a very short period of time,” Anand Narayanan, President- Sales, Marketing and CRM, Puravankara Group, told media here on Thursday.
The overwhelming response to our project indicates an extremely strong appetite in the city for premium 2&3 BHK homes priced below Rs 55 lakh, he added. He further said that Puravankara tied up with Tata Projects for construction of the premium housing project located at Rajendranagar and it would be completed in 48 months.
"Puravankara has partnered with Tata Projects, one of the leading construction contractors, for the execution of this project. The association will add value in terms of timely delivery of superior quality of construction, synced with immaculate designs that represent modern premium apartments," he said.
