Shruti Hasan, an upcoming Bollywood and Tollywood actress, well known as the daughter of Kamal Hasan was attacked by an unknown miscreant at her recently owned flat in Mumbai on Tuesday morning. It is learnt that Shruti was at Mumbai for shooting of a Bollywood film.
Though this incident had taken place in the early hours on Tuesday, media agencies could get the details of this incident only in the evening. It is learnt that the actress has registered a complaint against the reprobate.
According to sources, the stalker had an eye on Shruti Hassan for quite some time and has been following her for past few days. He had even visited the sets of her forthcoming Hindi movie, “Welcome Back.”
According to sources, on Tuesday at around 9.30 am, the unidentified man tried to barge into Shruti’s residence in the suburbs of Bandra in Mumbai. He tried to grab a 27 yrs lady, who opened the door and forced his way to attack Shruti. Shruti bought this flat very recently and has been there for her Bollywood assignment. Responding concern over her well being from her fans, a few minutes before, Shruthi tweeted to her fans, "I am doing well now, the investigation is on, thank you for your kind support and concern.”
