With his last film, ‘Sukumarudu’, sinking without a trace at the box-office, actor Aadi is pinning high hopes on ‘Pyaar Mein Padipoyane’ (PMP), directed by Ravi Chavali. Aadi says that his dad got a makeover with the maker’s ‘Samanyudu’. “It was for the first time that someone envisioned dad in a grey character and dad too was up to the task. Chavali has done something similar with me. I play a chilled out guy in ‘PMP’ and it is for the first time, he has made me do comedy,” says Aadi.

Describing the film as a musical love story, Aadi shares, “Even though ‘Lovely’ and ‘Prema Kavali’ are laced with romance, I can vouch that this is my first full-fledged love story.” Ravi Chavali insists that the work of both cinematographer Surendra Reddy and editor Krishna Reddy will be a major asset to the movie. A production of ‘Emaindi Ee Vela’ fame Radhamohan fame, the film will release in April-end. Shanvi is paired opposite Aadi.
