Rowdy audio launched!

The audio of Ram Gopal Varma’s upcoming film, ‘Rowdy’, composed by Sai Karthik, starring Mohan Babu, Manchu Vishnu and Shaanvi was launched on Thursday at Sri Vidyanikethan in Tirupati.

Actor Mohan Babu said, "When it was announced that Ramu and I will work together, many tongues wagged about how we would end up fighting with each other. It is surprising how so few people think positively about others. I believe that a positive mindset brings positive results.”

Dasari Narayana Rao who was also present at the launch appreciated the film and spoke about how it was different from the regular run-of-the films we see today, "Ramu has managed to bring out a new facet of Mohan Babu that even I, who worked with him in several movies, could not manage to. Telugu audience are vexed with these regular films. ‘Rowdy’ will bring back real histrionics into fashion.”

Saying that Mohan Babu’s role in ‘Rowdy’ has lot of intensity, director Ram Gopal Varma added, “I am angry with Mohan Babu for a reason – because I respect him! Many years ago when I went to my grandfather’s village in Kurnool, I saw a poster with the most beautiful woman in it – Jaya Sudha. From the moment I saw 'Sivaranjani', I started hating Mohan Babu because he tortured the woman I loved most in the film. My fascination for villainous characters is due to him.”

K. Raghavendra Rao, Jaya Sudha, Manchu Vishnu, Manchu Lakshmi and Manchu Manoj were also present at the event. ‘Rowdy’ is slated for release on April 4.
