Venky to remake Tamil hit ‘Salim’?

Superstar Venkatesh, who is often dubbed as a remake star, it seems, is interested to remake Tamil film ‘Salim’ in Telugu, according to latest reports.

The film, which narrated the story of a doctor Salim (Vijay Anthony), who goes through an unsuccessful marriage with Nisha (Aksha Pardasany), is doing reasonably well at the Tamil box-office. It is being said that Venky, who is currently busy with the Telugu remake of Bollywood hit ‘Oh! My God’ is expected to take a call soon on whether to go ahead with the project or not.
