SRK rejects Modi's Swachch Bharat broom

Narendra Modi's most ambitious project to turn India into a cleanliest country has been in the news for one reason or the other. It's a known fact that the Indian Prime Minister led by example by picking up the broom and later nominated a few celebrities to do the same as our country is known for people who blindly ape the stars.

While several members from various walks of life readily picked up the broom and cleaned the surroundings of their homes, Bollywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan chose to be different. Although he hailed the efforts of others who participated in the Clean India campaign, he said no to broom. "My heart is clean so I don't need to pick up the broom. I am trying to clean my mind and heart and I feel weird picking up the broom," he signed off!
