TamannaahActress Tamannaah Bhatia has shot down reports suggesting that she lost weight for her intense fighting scenes in the S S Rajamouli-directed ‘Baahubali’, saying that she instead gained weight for the film.

"Numerous people have a misunderstanding that I lost weight for ‘Baahubali’. But actually I had to put on weight for the film as I'm working with an actor who is six feet, three inches tall. And I was looking a bit too small in front of him and I was supposed to look like a warrior, which is the role I'm playing," Tamannaah said.

The 25-year-old actress feels that 'feeling healthy and fit' is more important than becoming 'size zero' for the sake of gaining publicity. ‘Baahubali’ also stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty in lead roles. It will hit the silver screens on July 10.
