Producer NV Prasad is partnering Danayya to get the job done.

A source says, “Even producer Dil Raju is in the fray to grab the rights by paying a hefty sum but it’s likely that Danayya may pip him.” When contacted on Tuesday noon, Danayya said, “Yes. I’m in the pursuit of rights. The deal will be closed very soon.”
‘Thani Oruvan’, a thriller, starring Jayam Ravi in the lead, has grossed Rs 51.08 crore in 10 days worldwide. Directed by Ravi's brother M Raja, the film also features Arvind Swami and Nayanthara in important roles.
