Ranveer Singh ready to wait forever for Deepika

It's like “Man Proposes and God disposes.” However, with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s attitude - "Where there is a will there is a way", the duo proved successful.

Ranveer and Deepika gave a royal defeat to the rough climatic foggy weather while flying down to Pune from Mumbai as the rough climatic conditions disallowed them to continue with their flight. They had to return back to Mumbai only to once again fly back at the venue in Pune where thousands of school going kids were to participate in the Gajanana song launch event to be held at the Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Sports Complex in Balewadi Stadium, where the Commonwealth Games were held.

Sources say, "The Gajanana song” will take a trip into the Guinness book of records too for the feat of achieving 5,000 children performing for the song live.

The energetic dances that Ranveer Singh always does include the Ganpati Visarjan dance. Ranveer says, "My dance style is termed as “Visarjan style of dancing!! Which indeed I call as “Lugha lafander style”. I have loved to dance at the ganpati festival at home and at my friends places always."

On being quizzed on how it was dancing for the Ganapti dance number in Bajirao Mastani, Ranveer quips, “It was wonderful. It’s like a mast magan party dance number. Both Deepika and myself enjoyed doing it. A lot of preparation went into this number as well the Mastani number too.”

About his character Ranveer, shared, "It's an honor for me to essay the role of the ruler. The deeper I get into his life, the more I understand what an amazing man he was. To play the role of this stature, this depth...it has been an intense experience for me. I definitely got into the character and tried to be with it and focus to create something discrete. It is not easy to play a divergent character; you need to take a trip back in time in order to be that character to match. Being bestowed upon a one life time opportunity I had to put in all the potentials I possess for my craft.”

Belonging to the World of Glitz and glamour, however, Ranveer cannot openly declare his love for Deepika Padukone undeniably but his latest comment about his fascination for Deepika was witnessed at the grand song launch of ‘Bajirao Mastani's new song 'Gajanana'. While interacting with the media, Ranveer pompously declared, "Deepika is so beautiful that I will wait for an entire lifetime for her."

Later, when quizzed Deepika about whether she will wait an entire lifetime for him. Totally taken aback at the question, Deepika blushed and said, "What? You should ask him in which context he said that."

On being quizzed further, Ranveer said, “It was one of those random, smart wisecracks which I cracked by saying, ‘She is so beautiful that I will wait all my life for her.’ You guys (media) waited since morning for us. So, if you ask me I would say she is so gorgeous that I would wait all my life for her.”

The team is shooting the climax scene, which will be done by the end of this month and the trailer will be launched next month.
