The Much awaited film Calendar Girls has been banned in Pakistan. Pakistani nationals have raised severe objections to the film and its content. The Pakistani government feels that this Madhur Bhandarkar film will have a very negative influence on their women folk.
The film is set to release on 25 September. The Pakistan government has already issued a Fatwa against a the film due to the content, which they say, portrays the country in bad light.
