He then heads to Chennai to shop for the wedding and bring Meenukutty. During this time Thamba is murdered in Cuddalore. Thamba's men suspect it is Amudhan and his brother who are behind this and the police start investigating. Who really killed Thamba? How does Amudhan find the murderer forms the rest of the story.

Review: Although the story gives you a deja vu feeling, Kathakali is visually appealing with characters etched out well not to mention that the film story is pacy too. It's more a thriller than an action flick.

Verdict: Worth a watch

Rating: 3/5
