After the team of Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ got in touch with archeology department and historians for obtaining the actual facts on the historical drama, it’s now the turn of the makers of Chiranjeevi’s 150th film to do the same. Apparently, VV Vinayak and his team of writers have decided to get factual figures and statistics from the officials of agriculture department from two states (AP and Telangana).

Since the film deals with the protagonist fighting for the cause of farmers in a village, Chiru felt it would be important if he could come up with actual figures on matters relating to allocation of budget to farmers, loan waiver, farmer suicides, prevailing corporate fraudulent practices, etc. The unit is in the process of getting in touch with analysts on agriculture for the same.

“The team is currently working on meeting the concerned stakeholders in agriculture to ascertain the facts. The dialogues and screenplay would be framed accordingly. Also, the team is scouting for a village in Rayalaseema for the rustic backdrop,” says a source close to the unit. The film is expected to go on floors in the third week of this month.
