The star who broke conventional stereotypes and continues to work even through her pregnancy has become an icon of the modern-day working woman.
She now collaborates with Rujuta, Author of best-selling novels "Don't lose your mind, lose your weight " and "The weight loss Tamasha", to share her philosophy with her fan base across the globe, openly talking about her secrets to a glowing skin, skinny waist and a razor sharp business mind. And of course, on the challenges during the working woman’s pregnancy, and how food, exercise and the right attitude can overcome them.
Kareena, a UN ambassador, is hugely inspired by the United Nations’ sustainable developmental goals (SDGs) and has been a vocal champion of local food and food systems, and believes that eating right is a value that can be inherited from the womb.
The talks will be open for all and will make use of latest social media advancements to reach far and wide.
The three-part online chat show will cover topics like eating wholesome, eating right to improve fertility, developing a mental meal map , how to go through the third trimester of pregnancy, post pregnancy recovery and the importance of correct eating , exercise, and sleep.
The first episode airs live on Sept 19th , while the second will be live streamed in mid-October . The finale episode will be aired post-Kareena's delivery and recovery.
Says Rujuta Diwekar,“Kareena has evolved incredibly over the years. Her approach to eating healthy has moved forward from weight loss to a lifestyle choice that impacts ecology and economy. Her view has expanded to promoting local fruits and sustaining India's traditional farming culture. She's also a UN ambassador and will be speaking up against gender biases that creep into healthy living."
