Plot: Ghattamaneni Gautam( Gopichand) for the first time he played as Billionaire role and he doesn't know the value of life in the film. He played dual roles in the film.Ghattamaneni Gautam will face a huge insult in front of his friends and everyone at a party. He decides to kill himself but his car crashes into Nanda(Gopichand), an upset and middle-class youth.
In that deep shock, they two recognized that they are same and they'll start discussing their stories. Ghattamaneni Gautam and Nanda decide to exchange their way of style for a month. The rest of the story is what type of problems Gautam Nanda will face when they interchange their lives.
Plus Points: Comparing to Gopichand the last film Oxygen, Goutham Nanda is much better with all elements comedy and punch dialogues etc. Gopichand was seen in a fresh look and there is a change in his style. Gopichand played dual roles in an extraordinary way and showcases some decent emotions which will moist audience eyes in theatres.
Like every film, Climax is the highlight of Goutham Nanda, it is quite emotional and superb surprise thrown for the audience. They have grabbed the audience attention the last twenty minutes. The movie locations were awesome and they have set up in a rich manner. Hansika and Catherina Teresa on screen chemistry with Gopichand were adorable but Catherine has done more justice to her role in the film. Chandra Mohan is impressive as the middle-class father.
Minus Point: To be honest, it is a routine story. The movie is boring for more than an hour nothing much interesting expect climax or last 30 minutes movie. Hansika and Catherine were got little space on the screen. Hansika played as slum girl in the film with misfit look.
It takes a lot of time to get into the actual story and they have canned many unnecessary scenes to deviate the film. The movie needs some editing for the second song as well as first half of the movie.
Verdict: It is one-time watch film for this weekend.Gautam Nanda is an average film. Gopichand’s interesting transformation and superb production values provide good eye candy for the audience.
