The film opened to mixed reviews from the morning shows and it also opened averagely in the USA. In the majority of the theatres, there is 75% of occupancy and the single screens have reported decent numbers. The audiences in the A centers did not like the film. Many felt that the film is pale, preachy and boring.
The critics were disappointed with the way the film was made and they have given negative reviews for the film. The day 1 number is expected to be disappointing for the makers and the trade. Considering the current talk, it is difficult to recollect the investment in the movie.
