Jagapati Babu is an Indian film actor known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. In a career spanning 25 years, Jagapati Babu has starred in over 120 feature films. He marked his second innings with the film Legend that has become a big blockbuster at the box-office. Meanwhile, the interesting buzz in the industry is that Jagapathi Babu's biopic is in the offing.

Interestingly, the ups and downs that Jagapathi Babu faced in his career are expected to be projected on this biopic which will not be made as a movie. According to the latest sources, a serial with 20 episodes is in the offing and the actor himself is overseeing the script work for the same.

He is in talks to produce the same with a leading digital media platform. The serial is tentatively titled as 'Samudram'.
