Tollywood director VV Vinayak who has seen nothing but flops from the past few years has sold his theatre complex VMax in Visakhapatnam which is quite popular.
Now, this popular theatre is going to turn into a shopping complex which means the entire construction will be dismantled and a new shopping complex will be constructed there.
However, just because he sold his theatre complex, it doesn’t mean that he is not doing well in his business. It is just that he has sold his property for a big corporate company with his business’ perspective only.
In fact, he has settled very well financially and his career was going good, he invested in real estate and theatre business.
He is also one of the richest filmmakers who has actually made wise decisions in terms of money investment.
After facing some debacles in the industry, he quit from movies recently. His last movie ‘Inttelligent’ starring Sai Dharam Tej was a big disaster.
