Nawazuddin Siddiqui And Sanya Malhotra Starring Photograph Trailer Is Out!

Unconventional storyteller Ritesh Batra helmed Photograph stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sanya Malhotra is out with its first official trailer. The movie chronicles a struggling street photographer in Mumbai, pressured to marry by his grandmother, convinces a shy stranger to pose as his fiancée. The pair develop a connection that transforms them in ways they could not expect.

Sanya Malhotra dropped the trailer on her social media handle. She captioned it, “Every #Photograph has a story to tell…#PhotographTrailer Out Now…Releasing on 15 March…@riteshbatra @Nawazuddin_S @AmazonStudios @PhotographAmzn”

The trailer shows Nawaz as a struggling photographer who takes pictures of tourists at the Gateway of India in Mumbai. His character Rafi who is pressurised by his grandmother for marriage convinces Sanya’s character, Noori to meet his grandmother as his lover.

Nawaz and Sanya’s new pairing looks extremely fresh and the trailer beautifully shows how the two form an unlikely connection soon after they meet each other.

Photograph also had its special premiere at the Sundance Film Festival and also received huge appreciation at the Berlin Film Festival.

The film is written and directed by Ritesh Batra, Photograph hits the screens on March 15 this year.

The film also stars Vijay Raaz and Jim Sarbh in pivotal roles.
