Washington: Jackie Chan's son Jaycee Chan has been pleaded guilty for drug offense and has been sentenced to six months in jail, it has been revealed.

The Dongcheng District People's Court in Beijing stated on its microblog account that Jaycee was also ordered to pay 2,000 Yuan, or about 320 dollars, ABC News reported.
The official Xinhua News Agency said that the 32-year-old actor's son and movie star Ko Kai tested positive for marijuana, and police seized more than 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of marijuana from his home.
The 'Shanghai Noon' star has told Xinhua that he did not use his connections to interfere with the case and that he hopes his singer-actor son will become an anti-drug ambassador when he is released.
State broadcaster Central China Television had aired a video of the police raid on Jaycee apartment, in which he was shown identifying marijuana in his possession and Kai testified on camera that he had used drugs at Jaycee's home.
