Notorious rave party organiser detained
A notorious rave party organiser and immoral trafficking offender who was on bail was detained by the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate under the Preventive Detention (P D Act) and sent to Cherlapally Central Prison. Police Commissioner CV Anand has issued orders for detention of Dilip Jain, 52, an event organiser and a resident of Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad.

He has been habitually engaging in unlawful acts, such as organising rave parties, indulging in immoral trafficking with wide contacts in Mumbai, Kolkata and other cities. Besides arranging women for participating in obscene dances, he also encouraged consumption of drugs, liquor and prostitution. “Despite several cases booked against him, he is continuing his activities in a brazen manner which is creating public disorder. Hence, PD orders were invoked on him,” said the Commissioner.
