Chain snatcher held; gold recovered

Hyderabad: The Bowenpally police on Thursday arrested a chain-snatcher involved in as many as 21 cases under various police station limits and recovered 35 tolas of gold ornaments. The receiver of the stolen items, Prakash Chand Jain, was also arrested. The team nabbed Md Mujeeb alias Affan Bin Bavazeer alias Gore Mujeeb, a resident of Singadakunta, Banjara Hills who had snatched gold chains weighing 35 sovereigns in separate incidents under Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Asif Nagar and Punjagutta police station limits.
