Two international red sanders smugglers held
The red sanders task force arrested two international red sanders smugglers according to police sources. As per the instructions of District Superintendent of Police G Srinivas, the task force jointly made surprise checks in New Delhi and Kolkata and arrested two notorious international red sanders smugglers Vikas Mahendi and Lakshman .

Chittoor: The red sanders task force arrested two international red sanders smugglers according to police sources. As per the instructions of District Superintendent of Police G Srinivas, the task force jointly made surprise checks in New Delhi and Kolkata and arrested two notorious international red sanders smugglers Vikas Mahendi and Lakshman .
The police spokesman said that Vikas Mehandi, a resident of New Delhi, was an international red sanders smuggler who exported 200 tonnes of red sanders abroad and involved in 22 cases . Lakshman, a resident of Kolkata, is also an most-wanted smuggler who transported red sanders to Nepal, Dubai, Burma and other countries and owns number of red sanders godowns across the country.
Chittoor ASP V Ratna ( 0perations) complimented the police officers of Madanapalli and Gudipala police stations for their dynamic operation in New Delhi and Calcutta cities to nab the smugglers.
