Child marriages foiled by cops
Police and the officials of the Revenue Department were able to step in and prevent three child marriages in different parts of the district on Saturday.

On receiving information that marriages of three minor girls were taking place in Rigam village of Bhimini mandal in the district, police rushes to the spot and stopped the marriage. They gave a counselling session to the parents.
