Jilted lover ends life
A 23-year-old HR manager committed suicide at her house in Moula Ali on Monday after her boyfriend rejected a proposal for marriage. The techie, Reena Sylvia Richardshon (23), was the HR manager with Deloitte in the city. She had been staying with her parents in Moula Ali area.

On Monday morning at around 5 am, her parents found her hanging from the ceiling fan in her room. On receiving information, the Malkajgiri police inspected the place and found a note purportedly written by Reena, blaming her boyfriend Denzil and his family for her death. According to sources, Reena fell in love with Denzil about a year ago.
A few days ago, when she discussed about marriage with Denzil, he rejected her proposal. On Saturday also, the couple went out for a movie and on Sunday night, they had an argument over the same issue. “Around 5 am on Monday, her mother found Reena hanging. She reportedly left behind a four- page note, stating that Denzil had cheated her and refused to marry her.
She alleged that Denzil’s father, mother and sister were responsible for her death,” said Malkajgiri police. Based on a complaint lodged by Reena’s mother Richard Mary John, a case has been registered under section 306 against Denzil and his family members. Further investigation is on in the case, the police said.
