Hyderabad: One person reportedly died as a dilapidated building in Chilkalguda police station limits collapsed during incessant rain on late on Monday night. The two-storied building, which houses a chicken centre in the ground floor, collapsed.
On receiving information fire services, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and police personnel rushed to the spot to rescue the victims stuck in the rubble. This is the third incident of building collapse in Hyderabad in a week's time. Three persons died in separate incidents of building collapse, including two labourers at Film Nagar Cultural Centre in Banjara Hills on July 24.
