Two youth killed in road mishap
Two youth were killed and another seriously injured in a road accident at Cheeravalli village of Kukunuru mandal on Tuesday.
Eluru: Two youth were killed and another seriously injured in a road accident at Cheeravalli village of Kukunuru mandal on Tuesday.
According to police, Damanuri Aravind (21), Damanuri Narendra (22) and Nadipinti Kiran of Bestavari gudem in Kukunuru mandal were travelling on a motorbike to Bhadrachalam. When their bike reached Cheeravalli village, they failed to notice a truck coming in opposite direction and collided with it head on.
In this incident, Aravind and Narendra died on the spot, while Kiran was seriously injured. Locals immediately shifted him to Khammam Government Hospital. The victims were working as a daily wage labourers. Kukunuru police registered a case.
