A 22-year-old woman, who recently gave birth to a baby boy, committed suicide by hanging at her residence in Uppuguda under Chatrinaka police station limits on Monday.
Hyderabad: A 22-year-old woman, who recently gave birth to a baby boy, committed suicide by hanging at her residence in Uppuguda under Chatrinaka police station limits on Monday.
According to police, A Sumalatha, a resident of Saibaba Nagar in Uppuguda committed suicide after her husband, A Ramaswamy left for his work.
Sumalatha, a native of Nagarkurnool district committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan with the help of a chunni. After registering a case of suicide, the police began investigation in different angles including her deteriorating health condition or any other domestic issues, which led her to take extreme step.
