Farmer dies as tractor falls into open well

In a tragic incident, a farmer lost his life and the driver sustained injuries when the tractor they were aboard on fell into an open well in Manepally village at Veldurti mandal of Medak district on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Bulaboina Venkataiah.
Veldurti: In a tragic incident, a farmer lost his life and the driver sustained injuries when the tractor they were aboard on fell into an open well in Manepally village at Veldurti mandal of Medak district on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Bulaboina Venkataiah.
The incident took place when the duo was filling up an abandoned open well in the deceased farmers field. It is learnt that the deceased was driving the vehicle as the driver from the same village was sitting next to him.
The tractor lost its balance and fell into the well while reversing. The injured driver was sent to a nearby hospital. Venkataiah is survived by his wife and three children.
