Porn-addict bashes wife for switching off Wi-Fi
At a time when the privileged women were celebrating International Women’s Day, a home-maker in Hyderabad was thrashed by her husband on Thursday. The incident happened at their residence in Kausar Nagar under the limits of Dundigal police station.

A 30-year-old woman, Reshma Sultana, was beaten severely by her husband Md Omer Pasha at their residence in Kausar Nagar. Severely injured Reshma was admitted to Yasodha Hospital at Somajiguda.

On the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday, Omer Pasha was watching pornography videos on his mobile phone. Objecting his scandalous act, Reshma turned off the WiFi router. Then the husband got furious and trashed her mercilessly. Later he dropped the victim at her grandmother house near Somajiguda. Noticing her bodily injuries, her parents admitted her in the hospital. Her condition is normal, sources said.
The couple married over six years ago and they have three children. The victim’s mother lodged a complaint with Punjagutta police. The police registered a case under Section 324,341 and 498(A) of IPC.
“Though, the incident has not taken place under the limits of Punjagutta police station, we have registered a case as it’s a case of domestic violence. A manhunt has been launched for the accused,” said Punjagutta Inspector S Ravindar.
