UK Offers To Provide Training For Hyderabad Youth. Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister expressed his happiness for the gesture of the Deputy High Commissioner, who come forward and offered the training facility for the youth.
Hyderabad: The Deputy High Commissioner, United Kingdom Andrew McAllister met Union Minister for labor & Employment Shri Bandaru Dattatreya here on Friday and held preliminary discussions to train the local students and workers in the unorganized sector for the bright employment opportunities all over the world.
Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister expressed his happiness for the gesture of the Deputy High Commissioner, who come forward and offered the training facility for the youth. The honorable deputy high commissioner has shown much interest to know about the Telangana development, especially Hyderabad’s.
To realize the ‘Make In India’ concept, students from this region, will be trained accordingly to meet the international standers and to integrate the polytechnic and ITI education with the education system of international institutions. Being the first United Kingdom Deputy High Commissioner for Telangana state, I was interested to know about the development activities in the newly formed state, said Mr. McAllister.
Training will be given for the workers in the unorganized sector to brighten their employment opportunities all over the world. The youth will be trained in National Qualification for Skills-NQS, National Qualification Frame Work by the UK as this will be helpful for their bright future.
The youth will be getting training in various sectors like hospitality, food processing, fashion designing and Information technology. Both governments are working to bring uniformity among various courses offered here, said The UK government will assist the local government to prepare the workforce, said Mr. McAllister. Kairathabad MLA C. Ramachandra Reddy and Parliamentary Development Committee member Chaayadevi were also present on the occasion.
