Free coaching for SC/ST job seekers
A coaching-cum guidance centre for job opportunities for SCs and STs will be organised by the directorate general of employment and training. The 22nd phase of the 11-month free coaching scheme will likely commence from July 1. During the programme 60 SC/ST trainees will be trained for various competitive examinations for clerical cadre posts
A coaching-cum guidance centre for job opportunities for SCs and STs will be organised by the directorate general of employment and training. The 22nd phase of the 11-month free coaching scheme will likely commence from July 1. During the programme 60 SC/ST trainees will be trained for various competitive examinations for clerical cadre posts conducted by the Staff Selection Commission, Railway Recruitment Board, IBPS, LIC, et al.
Candidates who have passed higher secondary and are below 27 years of age are eligible for the coaching. The candidate’s or parent’s annual income should not exceed Rs 3 lakh and they should register his/her name in employment exchange. Trainees in the programme would be paid a stipend of Rs 500 per month while study material for the course will be provided for free.Interested candidates have to register themselves for the coaching with sub regional employment officer, coaching-cum guidance centre for SC/ST, ATI Campus, Shivam Road on or before May 9.
