Speaking about celebrating women, Ms. Niru Agarwal, Trustee, Greenwood High said, “Women these days are seen ruling in every field and it is hard to quantify women’s contribution to the society. In several other jobs that were predominately male bastions, women have come to show their prowess as businesswomen. Organizations across the world now recognise that workplace diversity is no longer just a hygiene factor for their survival, but a key to their growth.

Women are undoubtedly strong and need an opening to channelize such strength. Often we forget what we are worth and capable of. If woman forget self doubt and learns a clean balance in one’s life, she could reach great heights. I also feel if women stick together and support each other and strive for equality, they will be able to create more opportunities for women. This way we could achieve the greater inclusion for Women in the Changing World of Work.”

Quite early in her life, Niru’s leadership qualities were there for all to see, which found their true manifestation in her emergence as an entrepreneur par excellence, with a vision for the betterment of the society.
