The results of the TG Gurukul CET – 2018 have been released on Tuesday. A total of 1,16,785 candidates appeared for the exam - 61,580 boys and 55,205 girls and the SC candidates - 38,454, ST (24612), BC (59412) and OC (4104).

Candidates can check their results on the website tgcet.cgg.gov.in.
According to the press release, M Sashank of Kumaram Bheem district secured 95 marks out of 100 topping the entrance exam, followed by U Hymavathi of Wanaparthy district with 94 marks. L Vyshali of Warangal Rural district and K Krishna Prasad of Nalgonda district secured 92 marks.
The selected candidates will receive a call letter from the concerned Principal by May 10 and will be informed regarding the details of the certificates they need to produce at the time of joining. The students should join in the allotted institution from May 11 onwards and the last date is May 20. The second selection list will be generated by May 30 considering the overall available vacancies.
